These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Patna, Bihar
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties
- The proceedings shall be conducted in English language
Subject to the above, the courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from these Terms.
